  I have been dealing with Advanced Mechanical Services for over a year and could not be happier with their service and staff. Jack, Sean and the rest of the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Great place to do business with as a General Manager of a gym. I absolutely recommend them for commercial services.

  Had an appointment scheduled for 1pm today. This was confirmed 3x by the receptionist Jamie.
  
  It was then re-confirmed the day before and the day of.
  
  I called at 12:30pm to find out that the person for the appointment was running 30 minutes behind. I call again at 1pm only to find that they are now an hour behind.
  
  I receive an email at 2pm that they will not be able to make it today. The receptionist Jamie was insanely rude with no regard or concern for my schedule. Never in my life have I dealt with this terrible of a customer service experience.....and I haven't even purchased anything yet!
